These are killer spinners with Fresch Copper Hyper-Vis tape on a copper blade, copper body and multi-colored flach on a 2/0 hook.  The combination of flash from Hyper-Vis and color from hook give these spinners crazy color in the water.  They are 1/2 oz. with a #4 blade.
